Urgent requirement: dishwashing attendant (New Mexico)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Roosevelt County, New Mexico. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
