Smash repairer wanted in Hill County

Join our team: we are hiring a smash repairer in Hill County, Texas. The job is at a commercial fleet workshop. The role involves measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. What we are looking for: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
