Paint booth operator • Ozark County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Ozark County, Missouri. You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
