We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Harvey County, Kansas. You will work on a high-rise construction site. The role involves rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. Requirements: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
