Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Sanborn County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
