Turning centre operator • DeSoto County, Mississippi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a turning centre operator in DeSoto County, Mississippi. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. The role involves: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Part-time with flexible hours.
