Automotive paint technician — Crawford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Crawford County, Arkansas. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. You will apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
