Toolroom milling operator • Deuel County, South Dakota

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Deuel County, South Dakota. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade On a typical shift you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. Full-time with occasional weekends. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
