Brick and block layer wanted in Pickens County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Pickens County, Georgia. The role involves: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation Requirements: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Rotating shifts.
