Immediate opening: gas pipe fitter (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Brighton and Hove, England. On a typical shift you will locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation. You should have: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Driving licence for travel between sites Part-time with flexible hours.
