Furniture maker wanted in Fayette County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a furniture maker in Fayette County, Indiana. You will work on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings On the job you will handle: • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
