Now hiring: we are hiring a vehicle spray painter in Charlevoix County, Michigan. The job is in a spray booth. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing The role involves: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss Full-time, day shift.
