Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Gray County, Kansas. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. The role involves repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules We offer $27 per hour plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off.
