We are recruiting: meat cutter (New Mexico)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You will season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day We offer $180 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
