Dish pit attendant • McIntosh County, Georgia

Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in McIntosh County, Georgia. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
