Sausage maker wanted in Decatur County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Decatur County, Kansas. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
