On the job you will handle: • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Record production counts on the shift sheet • Wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules • Check best-before and expiry dates on every box • Weigh and portion products before bagging You should have: • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing Six days a week, one day off.
