Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a café. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel You will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; clear and reset tables between covers; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
