Coating plant operator wanted in Monmouth County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Monmouth County, New Jersey. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns.
