Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Aransas County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
