Tyre and wheel fitter — Platte County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Platte County, Missouri. You will be based at a roadside mobile fitting unit. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers On the job you will handle: • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
