Dishwasher • Butler County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Butler County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
