Butcher wanted in Lincoln County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Lincoln County, Mississippi. You will be based at a halal meat counter. On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Six days a week, one day off.
