We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Albemarle County, Virginia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
