Steel erection rigger — Enugu South

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Enugu South, Enugu State. You will be based at a shipyard. On a typical shift you will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks. You should have: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Pay around ₦80,000 per project, based on your experience.
