What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding The role involves shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place.
