Bread baker — Fairbanks North Star Borough

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
