You should have: • Comfortable working in inspection pits and on ramps • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Confident using diagnostic scan tools Your main tasks: • Recharge and service the air-conditioning system • Diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool • Replace brake pads, discs and callipers • Trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems • Service and replace timing belts and chains Rotating shifts.
