Tailor machinist wanted in Cowley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Cowley County, Kansas. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance On a typical shift you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
