Now hiring: hydraulic press operator (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in City of Bristol, Virginia. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Day to day you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
