Gas installation technician • Hamilton County, Ohio

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Hamilton County, Ohio. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations The role involves purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections.
