Immediate opening: uPVC window fitter (North Dakota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Burleigh County, North Dakota. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. Your main tasks: • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash Requirements: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop 6+ years on the tools preferred.
