Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Mendocino County, California. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Day-to-day duties: • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
