Vacancy available: gas commissioning technician (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Trigg County, Kentucky. You will be based on commercial and industrial sites. On the job you will handle: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration 3+ years on the tools preferred.
