Quality assurance assistant wanted in Nottinghamshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Nottinghamshire, England. You will be based at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. The role involves segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Full-time with occasional weekends.
