Great opportunity: we are hiring a banquet server in Leelanau County, Michigan. You will work in a café. On a typical shift you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel 3+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
