Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand The role involves sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish.
