Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift erector in Talbot County, Georgia. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. You will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
