Canteen cook wanted in Bonneville County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Bonneville County, Idaho. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases 1+ years on the tools preferred.
