Powder spray gun operator — Tuscola County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Tuscola County, Michigan. You will work in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
