Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Walworth County, South Dakota. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Rotating shifts.
