We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Boyle County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
