AC mechanic • Marshall County, Illinois

Vacancy available: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Marshall County, Illinois. You will work at a busy AC installation company. On the job you will handle: • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit You should have: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred Full-time, day shift.
