MIG/MAG welder wanted in Houston County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Houston County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
