Join our team: deboner (Wales)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Sir Powys, Wales. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around £15 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
