Join our team: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Carroll County, Arkansas. The job is in a car refinishing workshop. You should have: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
