Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Morgan County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
