Back-of-house cleaner • Kent County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Kent County, Texas. You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
