Refrigeration technician — Tuscarawas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Tuscarawas County, Ohio. You will work at a supermarket cold-chain site. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds You will pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
