Brick mason wanted in Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick mason in Washington County, Mississippi. The job is at a residential building site. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage You will forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb.
